Concierge MD 239, LLC operates a subscription-based concierge medical program offering individualized care through an annual service plan and retainer model. Membership provides enhanced access to the physician and defined non-covered services. This program is not health insurance and does not replace insurance coverage. Patients are responsible for maintaining appropriate health insurance for services not included in their selected tier of service.
